Joseph the Dog needs a home




Meet Joseph aka: Moose &  a handsome 1 year old Black Mouth Cur mix. He's kennel trained & would make a great hiking/running partner.  Super affectionate & loves to play with most other dogs & likes to give hugs!  He does prefer women to men.  He knows his name, he also knows the commands: sit, & stay & is currently learning the 'down' command.  He is getting a lot better walking on the leash.  He is extremely smart & easy to train, but training needs to be consistent.  He can be sensitive, so positive reinforcement is ideal.  I was surrendered during Hurricane Harvey, when my family could no longer care for me. I can't wait to find my new forever family!  If you are interested in meeting him, please fill out an application through our website!
